Every client's books, one dashboard
The firm plan is for practices that keep the books of UAE businesses. Your whole team gets a seat in every client, one page shows which client needs you next, and you pay per client instead of Pro for each.
14 days free, no card. Then AED 49 per client a month.

See which client needs you before they call
Every client on one page, sorted so the one that needs attention comes first. No switching into twelve companies to find out whether anything is waiting.
- The next VAT return, corporate tax return or licence renewal for each client, with anything overdue at the top
- Draft invoices, draft expenses and unmatched bank lines waiting for review
- What each client is owed, and how much of it is overdue

Add a colleague once, and they are in every client
Invite your staff to the firm, not to each company. Everyone gets their own login and a seat in every client, in the role you choose for them.
- Partners run the firm: billing, the team and the client list. Staff work in the books
- Pick what each person can do in the clients: owner, member, or view-only
- Remove someone from the firm and every seat they had goes with them

Two ways to bring a client in
Set up the books yourself for a business that is new to Midnight Ledger, or send a link to one that already uses it. Either way the firm covers the plan from that moment.
- Run the company setup on the client's behalf, then invite the owner when you are ready
- Or send the firm's invite link: the owner picks which company to attach
- A client that was paying for Pro itself stops at the end of its period

The books belong to the client
The business owner keeps ownership of their company and can see exactly who from the firm has a seat. If they move on, they leave the firm from their billing page and take their books with them.
- Seats from the firm are marked as such on the client's own team page
- Leaving the firm removes the firm's seats at once and changes nothing in the books
- A client that leaves keeps a week of Pro to choose a plan of its own

Set up the firm in three steps
Accountants get their own sign-up, separate from the one for business owners. No company of your own required.
Create a firm account
Your login first, then the firm: its name, emirate and roughly how many clients you look after.
Invite your team
Add colleagues as partners or staff, and choose the role each gets in every client. You can skip this and do it later.
Add your clients
Set up a new client's books, or send the firm's link to a business already on Midnight Ledger.
Built for UAE filings, client by client
Each client is a full Pro company with its own ledger, so the work you file is done where the numbers live.
VAT 201 per client
A return that mirrors the FTA form box for box, assembled from each client's posted invoices and expenses.
Every deadline tracked
VAT returns, corporate tax returns and trade licence renewals, for every client, on the firm dashboard.
Corporate tax view
Taxable profit and Small Business Relief tracked through the year, not worked out at the end of it.
Reconciliation
Bank statement CSVs matched to invoices, expenses and payroll, with the leftovers counted on your dashboard.
WPS payroll
Monthly runs with SIF files for the bank, gratuity accruing in the background, and payslips.
FTA Audit File and exports
The official audit file, and every report as CSV, for any client at any time.
Bring clients over
Import a client's chart of accounts, contacts and closing trial balance from Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero.
Audit-ready by default
Gapless invoice numbering, locked filed periods, two-factor sign-in and an activity log behind every change.
One bill for the firm, priced per client
A business on its own pays AED 99 a month for Pro. Through a firm, the same company costs AED 49. Prices are in dirhams and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Before you move your clients over
Who pays: the firm or the client?
The firm. The firm plan is AED 49 per client company a month, or AED 490 a year, and it puts every attached client on Pro. How you pass that on to your clients is up to you.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 5 clients. A firm with fewer is billed as 5 until it grows past that. Adding or removing a client changes the bill straight away, prorated.
Can I try it before paying?
Every new firm gets 14 days of the firm plan without a card. Clients you add during the trial are on Pro from the moment they join.
What happens if a client leaves the firm?
The owner leaves from their billing page. The firm's seats go at once and the firm stops paying for that company. The company keeps a week of Pro to choose a plan of its own, then moves to the free plan if it does not. Nothing in the books is changed or deleted.
What happens if the firm stops paying?
Its clients fall back to the free plan. Their books, reports and exports all keep working; only Pro features pause until the firm plan is renewed or the client chooses its own plan.
Does the business owner still have access?
Yes. The owner keeps ownership of their company, can invite their own team, and can see which seats come from the firm. The firm looks after the books; it does not take them over.
Do my staff need their own logins?
Yes, one each. That is how the activity log knows who did what. Two-factor sign-in is available to everyone.
Bring your practice over.
14 days of the firm plan, no card. Add a client or two and see the dashboard fill up.
